Pomona College's 140-acre campus sits in a residential area of Claremont, located near the San Gabriel Mountains and a short distance from Los Angeles. Students enjoy a vibrant, diverse community where nearly all live on campus. As the founding member of the Claremont Colleges consortium, Pomona students have access to courses and resources across multiple institutions. The college's athletic teams compete with Pitzer College as the Sagehens in Division III.
